RoomInTheBin provides recurring cardboard removal as part of an ongoing local service route. Service is not an on-demand hauling or scheduled appointment service.
Locations are typically serviced approximately once per week. Specific days may vary due to routing, weather, access conditions, holidays, or operational factors. Billing covers continued route availability rather than individual pickup events.
We remove clean corrugated cardboard only. The following are not accepted:
Cardboard must be placed in a safe, accessible area prior to the normal service day. Service may be skipped if materials are unsafe, blocked, wet, or contaminated.
Customers select a starting plan when requesting service. Final service level is determined based on normal cardboard volume. Service level may be adjusted to a higher tier if volume consistently exceeds the selected level. Changes take effect the next billing cycle.
Service is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until canceled. If payment fails, service pauses until payment is successfully processed. Partial billing periods are not prorated or refundable.
You may cancel service at any time before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or text message to:
Customers must provide safe access to the pickup area. RoomInTheBin is not responsible for:
Accumulated cardboard resulting from skipped service conditions may be removed over multiple service cycles.
If unacceptable materials require extra separation or cleanup, an additional handling charge may apply. Repeated contamination may result in service suspension.
Customers agree that service notices and billing communication may occur via email or text message.
Submitting payment confirms acceptance of these terms. This agreement is entered into between the customer and Mojave Service Group LLC, operating as RoomInTheBin.
